I had not 1 but 2 phones brought back from the dead today by a wonderful employee named Jay. He was so efficient, fast, understanding and personable that it made the whole experience a real breeze. I actually had some photos on the old phones (iPhone 6s, 7s) that were priceless to view. It means the absolute world that I have these photographs again and serves as a wholly memorable occasion. Put your trust in this man.
Jay was very helpful and fun, but the best part is that he was down-to-earth and very knowledgeable. I came in with a phone that was ran over in the bike lane; he was so considerate and hardworking, I walked out with a fully-functioning phone. It was the 180 I needed to get back on track with my life again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, honestly. Fast, effective, and easy! THANK YOUU!
Jay has repaired 3 phones now, and every experience has been excellent. He's probably one of the fastest phone repair technicians in Philadelphia, and one thing I really appreciate is that he does the repair right in front of you while you wait, so you can actually see the work being done! I've been more than satisfied every single time I've done business here. If you need a phone repaired, I highly recommend asking for Jay. You won't be disappointed.
