I'm very pleased. They fixed everything that was wrong with my laptop and it runs much better now. I was having driver/WiFi issues and they also updated another driver without me asking and they cleaned my fan dust and redid my thermal paste. Pricing was transparent, they didn't try to upsell me, and they were professional. I will be back in the future.
Needed to figure out why phone was not charging well and why it was draining charge quickly. Replaced battery at very nominal cost and they never required me to give my code. Cleaned out charge port and now it is just fine. Will definitely be a regular here.
Very nice individuals here. Brought in my laptop for data recovery after I tried on my own. They diagnosed it and asked for my bitlocker code, I didn't have my bitlocker code and couldn't find it, and unfortunately couldn't get the data recovered. I was particularly appreciative of the fact that they didn't charge me for the work they did already in diagnosis. I'll definitely come back here and recommend them to friends
