Very nice individuals here. Brought in my laptop for data recovery after I tried on my own. They diagnosed it and asked for my bitlocker code, I didn't have my bitlocker code and couldn't find it, and unfortunately couldn't get the data recovered. I was particularly appreciative of the fact that they didn't charge me for the work they did already in diagnosis. I'll definitely come back here and recommend them to friends
Went in to replace my phone screen as a treat. Pieces of glass had been coming off my cracked screen for months. I filled out their form and handed my phone over to them. Turned out, it was just a screen protector (that I forgot I had put on) which was broken. They took it off for free, and even went in the back and found the right size screen protector that they thought was out of stock and replaced it for free, too. The guys are really sweet and customer-oriented. Rod, if you’re reading this, Wera is my favorite screwdriver brand.
