Phenomenal service, came in missing a part for my charger that no other store in Philly had access to and he got it for me within 5 mins. No hassle, amazing guy, defensively worth a visit for any of your tech needs.

My interaction with them was fairly short and turned out to be quite simple. I couldn't charge my phone because the cord's plug wouldn't go in all the way. The person explained that dust and stuff can get into the hollow port. He carefully pulled it out with a sharp pointed implement and assured me that a needle would work, but I would have to be careful not to damage the port. Considering the trouble and anguish he saved me, I considered $20 a better than fair price.
