We are at a loss to describe the genuine, sincere and caring from Jim. It was brought to our attention that a young cat, less than a year old cat had climbed more than 40 feet up a tree. Despite calls to the local fire department, animal control, SPCA, local TV stations, we were at a loss how to save this kitten.We anguished seeing this kitten, crying, stranded in cold weather, being bounced around on a narrow limb from high winds, with no food, water or ability to shelter for 3 days. Jim and his crew are great. They are professional, courteous, friendly and clean. They did a great job with trimming trees and hedge removal. Pricing was reasonable. When a few stumps remained after the hedge removal, Jim sent a crew member out the next day to quickly remedy the situation.
