Dr Myers was great. She took action after hearing that other gyns were not doing much to diagnose my issue. However the front desk staff is unprofessional. I had an exhausting experience when I was coming in for treatment and the front desk staff seems rather callous. I thought it was just one time but it's been at least 3/4 times I've been here. I may start looking for another gyn soon after my next visit.

I ended up at Philadelphia Women's Health & Wellness when I needed a procedure that wasn't covered at my existing GYN office thanks to my terrible insurance coverage. I literally found them in my insurance Tier 1 providers list and rolled the dice (after looking at reviews, of course). I had Dr. Myers perform the procedure, and she was far exceeded expectations - it was (can I even say this about a womens wellness procedure?) wonderful. She made me feel totally comfortable, kept me 100% informed of what she was doing, provided honest and detailed information about what to expect, allayed my anxiety, and asked me real questions about my health and well being. Finding a great gynecologist is like looking for your soul mate ... ladies you know exactly what I'm talking about. This office is EVERYTHING I needed and more. To begin walking in the door you will see the office is tastefully decorated, it made me feel welcomed. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The nursing assistant was also lovely and welcoming. She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience very comforting. (I appreciate doctors who select staff that enhances their business, it makes a difference. ) The pièce de résistance is Dr. Keen.
