I’ve seen both Emma and Julia at PHD and they’re both great! They’ve always given me exactly the cut I ask for but also add touches to make it the best fit for my face/look. I was nervous to go from medium length to a short cut with bangs but Emma did an amazing job. Friendly service and reasonable prices as well.

Julia gave me a lovely cut and was a delight to chat with! The service is great, the salon feels high end and given that I couldn’t believe how affordable the services were. Will absolutely be retuning and referring some friends!

Clean aesthetic, literally the most friendly and personable staff. Most importantly, the detailed consultation regarding my hair. What I could expect from the first service and what I could expect moving forward. My stylist Grace knocked it out of the park. At the end of my service my hair glowed. My money piece complimented the new richer tone of my base and my greys were seamlessly blended to ensure a more natural grow out phase. Could not recommend PHD in Rittenhouse Square more enthusiastically it will be worth the trip EVERY. TIME.
