“Top Tails took excellent care of my two sphynx cats, PIMMEE and Billie-Jean, while I was away. I received daily photos and updates that honestly made my day, and communication was always quick and responsive.

When I returned home, the place was spotless and the cats were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. Their routine was followed closely — treats, wet food, and even oral medication were given without issue.

Most importantly, I could tell PIMMEE and Billie received real attention and first-class care. I would absolutely trust Top Tails with them again.“
