“I have two cats, one 13 years old and the other 7 months, and Top Tails was a great service. They were very reliable and a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely book again. I had them come twice per day, morning and evening, to feed and water the cats and clean the litter.
While you’re away, you receive detailed notes and pictures after each visit, which are especially nice when you miss your pets. Top Tails is extremely detail-oriented and clearly wants to understand your animals and their routines so they can take the best possible care of them.
They also have an app where you can store pet profiles, photos, contacts, emergency information, and feeding schedules. The messaging feature makes it very easy to stay in touch, and communication was excellent throughout.
After a few days away, I came home to a clean apartment and happy kitties. I couldn’t have been happier myself. I’ve used another cat-sitting service in the past, and Top Tails has them beat by a million, seriously.”
