I have been dealing with penn medical for at least 25 years, not just known for its good doctors but they are also a teaching hospital. From my experience with them and family members they always go the extra mile

My only complaint was the waiting time. I'm not accustomed to waiting more than an hour past my appointment time and having to PAY TO PARK FOR SAID TIME!!!! Either see me at the appropriate time or offer free parking; it's that SIMPLE! If I'm late more than 15minutes my appointment is rescheduled because I've wasted your time. Having me wait 80 minutes past my appointment time is WASTING MY TIME and thusly should be likewise compensated. IJS
First time there, everyone was super friendly. They do offer valet parking, there’s a bakery, other eateries close by and if you’re not from the area there’s other things you can do.
