My only complaint was the waiting time. I'm not accustomed to waiting more than an hour past my appointment time and having to PAY TO PARK FOR SAID TIME!!!! Either see me at the appropriate time or offer free parking; it's that SIMPLE! If I'm late more than 15minutes my appointment is rescheduled because I've wasted your time. Having me wait 80 minutes past my appointment time is WASTING MY TIME and thusly should be likewise compensated. IJS
First time there, everyone was super friendly. They do offer valet parking, there’s a bakery, other eateries close by and if you’re not from the area there’s other things you can do.
For over a year, I have been seeing a variety of doctors here at this Penn location. I feel like each visit I am treated with care and respect without judgment or being stereotyped by my medical history. I am able to communicate my concerns clearly and work with the doctor to make sure I am treated appropriately. I truly feel like I am being heard and validated and this has been the best treatment experience I’ve ever received from healthcare professionals. Thank you!
