My car completely broke down on my way home, and after a quick Google search I called this shop. The owner, Jeffrey, answered immediately and took control of the situation. He arranged a tow truck right away and had my car brought straight to his shop.
Jeffrey quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and laid out the best solution without any pressure or upselling. After dealing with many mechanic shops in the past that were scammers, this was honestly a breath of fresh air.
