In 5 weeks of Day School at the Old City location + an incredible 4 day seminar (with Forrest Micke and Kynology) at OPB’s Farm Dog location, our mystery mutt with an equally mysterious past grew into a less anxious, less fearful, calmer and happier being. Strangers comment on how well trained she is now, but I feel like we’re just getting started!

Thank you Ashlee, Siara, Janet and Leigh for going at Ginger’s pace and teaching us how to safely navigate the world together.

What I used to see as triggers and obstacles are now opportunities to grow through stress!

We have had a few drop off services as well as 1:1 meetings with our 3yo lab/hound mix. The difference is noticeable at his attentiveness and training during walks and around the house. Most of the training we had done with him had been at-home, but when adding a professional trainer to the mix he has made impressive strides. I look forward to our follow up trainings!

Janet and the team at Opportunity Barks are fantastic. I brought my 11 week old puppy for the Puppy Foundations class and found the classes and support to be outstanding. Janet specifically worked to understand our dynamic and how to implement training for each dog's specific temperament and level. I felt so supported and my (many) questions were always answered thoughtfully and with so much care. For puppy training, the people need feedback just as much as the dogs and Janet was instrumental in helping me to understand what's working and what's not and how I can improve and learn. If there was a Foundations 2.0 class for pups, I would sign up in a heartbeat.
