Eli is amazing! On 2 different occasions, he immediately dropped everything he was doing to solve my electric issues. At 6:30 in the evening, I smelled a burning, chemical smell coming from the electric meter in my basement. I was a mess and panicking, I have kids in the house and was worried it was going to go on fire. Eli calmed me down and was at my house in a matter of 20 minutes!!
