Nikki Dean Hair Studio is a nice place that is spotless, very comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The stylists are extremely welcoming, very kind, and extremely informative. Clients are greeted at the door with a smile and hug. The experience is wonderful, making guests feel right at home with snacks, food, and drinks. Everyone is extremely welcoming, down to the customers. The studio made one client and her 5-year-old daughter feel like family, which was a big relief. Appointments start on time with a very thorough consultation. Stylists provide hair care knowledge and suggest products for an at-home care routine. They check on clients periodically to ensure they are good, asking how each product feels to ensure no irritation. Stylists are not scissor happy and only trim what is necessary. A silk press lasted 2 weeks, still with curls and body. One client is on their 3rd visit in a month and already seeing hair growth. The shampoo expert is very professional. Clients love the name, the atmosphere, and the location, and treat the colleagues with love.

The experience was wonderful! I took my 5-year-old daughter for a salon visit, and they made us feel right at home with snacks food and drinks. Everyone was extremely welcoming down to the customers. Del did an incredible job on my hair, and Shyderah, the shampoo expert, was very professional. One of the stylists even helped wash and blow-dry my daughter's hair, which was a big relief for me. Initially, I was a bit nervous about bringing my child to the salon, but they made us feel like family. I'm definitely going back!
I had a wonderful experience at Nikki Dean hair studio. I’m a new client from MD. My stylist is Quiana. She greeted me at the door with a smile and hug. The other stylist Marva, Del and the assistant Kayla were all very friendly and welcoming as well!
