I had a great therapist for over two years but when she got promoted they treated me horrible I had an appointment in April that I still haven't received my phone call and they finally called me in August and don't understand why I'm so upset with them I really needed my services to continue but they didn't care enough about me so sad

I was a client at New Life Community Center on Bustleton Ave. The intake was low key and no stress. The psychotherapist I saw, Nina, was intelligent, supportive, and genuinely cared about people. It was a good match for me so there was a good relationship there. The front desk people were always very nice. At one point, I had a couple questions about the center and was directed to David G., the clinical manager. He was incredibly down to earth and was happy to answer any questions. One last thing, is the place has a lot of plants and art displayed everywhere like a museum. That can have a positive effect too.

Stopped going here in October, got a message today saying I have an appointment with the doctor on the 27th lol, I stopped going here the Dr. Is arrogant and therapist was running his errands during my sessions smdh
