New Felix Cleaners Inc. is an excellent and wonderful dry cleaner and tailor. They are very attentive, thoughtful, gracious, and kind people, providing polite and professional customer service. The cleaning service, quality, and atmosphere are good. They are skilled cleaners who get difficult stains out and expertly handle delicate garments, alterations, and repairs. They are reasonably priced, always communicate costs upfront, and are accommodating with last-minute requests. The staff is always friendly and remembers customers. They accept ApplePay. Customers recommend them and return.
My go-to dry cleaner, tailor, overall caretaker of my clothing. They've gotten stains out that I couldn't, tailored every pant I've bought for years, I could go on. Best part: reasonable prices and kind staff.
Wonderful place and so glad I found it! Thanks fellow Google reviewers. They got some stains out I wasn’t sure was possible and did a great job on all 3 pieces I dropped off. Polite and professional and great quality. They also take ApplePay which was super helpful when I forgot my wallet that day. Will return!
Always friendly. Even if we drop-off the clothes last minute, they will get it done for you in time!! Reasonably priced. They always tell you how much it will cost before charging. Would recommend!
