They did an absolute phenomenal job bringing a pair of boots I’d worn almost every day since 2018 back to life. Full sole and heel rebuild. Can’t recommend them more. Got them back in under a week as well.

I had knee high tan leather boots that were destroyed with gum followed by staining from a homemade remedy I found on Google. Brought them here to see if they could help me. They dyed them and they now look brand new. Great job. I’m delighted with them.

Overall, I had a good experience with New Father & Sons Shoe Repair and would recommend them for their quality work and customer service.
I brought in a pair of my work boots for cleaning, and they did a solid job bringing them back to life. The staff was friendly, professional, and the drop-off process was quick and easy.
The only issue I experienced was with communication. After about a week, I had not received a call, so I contacted them to check the status. I was told the boots had actually been ready for a few days, but that they do not call customers when items are ready and that it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up.
