Morrell Eye Care Center offers a smooth and fast experience for patients. The staff, particularly Anna at the front desk, are known for their warm welcoming, professionalism, and efficiency. Patients appreciate Anna's helpfulness in answering questions and her patience. The eye exams are described as easy and quick, with accurate prescriptions. The center is highly recommended for its excellent customer service and care for patients.

I had such an amazing experience at Eye Encounters Vision Center on Morrell Avenue in Philadelphia. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Yes, the doctors are wonderful and the prices affordable, but it's the customer service that brings me back. The staff go out of their way to make it right EVERY time, whether its insurance questions or questions about your frames/contacts, and always with a smile and a nice word . . . even on Saturdays. It's the kindness and genuine caring that gets me every time. I highly recommend Eye Encounters for your optical needs!
