1000% would recommend working with Mitch if you're buying a home in Philly (or anywhere). He's an expert and a real estate wizard, and was incredibly gracious and helpful during the process of buying our first house. He was responsive at all times of the day when we had questions or concerns, and overall made us feel really comfortable as we went through the entire home-buying process. He also came through huge for us in the negotiations with sellers, and landed us an awesome deal. Five stars, A++, two thumbs up, definitely work with Mitch if you get the opportunity.
