Mayfair Eye Associates is a vision care practice that offers a variety of services, including eye exams, contact lenses, eyeglasses, and treatment for eye diseases like diabetes, dry eye, and glaucoma. Patients praise the friendly and respectful staff, who provide thorough information and excellent care. The practice is known for its neighborhood feel and helpfulness with vision plans like VSP.
While the staff is consistently commended, some patients have reported issues with glasses repairs, finding that scratches persist after attempted fixes.
Absolutely love ❤ Andrea and her team as I’ve been going there for years for my daughter she really has a lot of knowledge and she’s actually great. She knows exactly what my daughter wants. She’s just fabulous made her eyes is the best highly recommend.
So I just always receive excellent customer service and care here along with my children. Lori gets us scheduled with pleasure. Andrea goes above and beyond to try and accommodate us. We are so grateful. If you’re looking for an eye glass spot, this is it!
My first time visit this place and I can honestly say the BEST experience I ever had the staff were VERY polite and accommodating the doctors were extremely nice as well and Kara was so nice understanding and helpful with the entire process of getting my frames and setting up my order process she explained everything so well and makes sure you understand and are not confused this place is amazing and I will let friends and family know about this place if they ever need contacts or glasses my only regret is I can't give them more than 5 stars because they definitely surpassed 5 stars
