    I found MaxxaFit to be a well rounded fitness program that encompasses strength training, cardio, balance and dynamic stretching. The instructor is very informative, encouraging and open to questions! Each 30 minute session consists of a 3-minute warm-up, 6-minute high intensity circuits (x4) and ending with a 3-minute ab circuit. The workouts are great for all experience levels as modifications are demonstrated for increased or decreased resistance ?

    I could not recommend MaxxaFit enough. As a personal trainer and nutritionist myself, Lance’s knowledge, years of experience and expertise is literally unmatched. I am totally blown away at how much I learn each session to grow not just in strength and endurance, but also in balance and posture. I always feel safe in protecting my joints and supporting my body, while challenged to move closer to my goals, and that is seriously rare to find in a trainer!     Lance is a kind, fun, personable trainer. When I first worked with him, I was fit but needed more flexibility. He showed me how to stretch, and I was so much more mobile after my sessions with him. Later, I became injured and Lance helped me to rehab through fitness so I reached my goals of being more fit than I was before the injury. I am so grateful to Maxxa.Fit & Lance for providing spot on training to meet my evolving needs, and good health & nutrition guidance!
