I was injured through no fault of my own . Patrick MacAvoy and his team helped me reach a fair settlement with the company that was at fault for my injuries. All was going well until my Employer Health benefits & Insurance Company put a lien against me to reimburse them for my medical expenses covered by my insurance. The claim amount was put into an escrow account Patrick said no . He and his team stood up to the State of NJ and after 2 & 1/2 yrs the claim was withdrawn. Of course I was happy but the jubilation shown by Patrick and his team was a “Wow” moment. Theses guys really cared and just wouldn’t give in to this ridiculous claim . The amazing thing is that you never hear of this kind of settlement because usually a price is negotiated and settled . Like I said Patrick said “ This is not right “ I’m so happy that Marciano & MacAvoy are my attorney’s. They care , they answer the phone , they call you back and meet with you and are flexible w/ your availability to get to their office . I walked thru the streets of Philadelphia the first time I met Patrick to my accident sight & thought , this guy really cares . Thank you Patrick Brown
