I was connected with Mama's Boy Towing through Allstate when my vehicle needed to be towed after an accident. They called me right after being matched through the app, gave me an accurate ETA and actually got to me pretty quickly. They were very kind and knowledgable when loading up my vehicle, giving me advice on what to ask the insurance company, etc. They followed up with a text the next morning and are now working with my insurance company to get the car to the right place. Overall very professional, helpful, easy to communicate with in a stressful situation.
