I have lived at Loonstyn property for one and a half years and it has been the best rental experience I have had to date. The buildings are kept impeccably clean, including common areas. Maintenance requests are answered immediately. Appliances are high quality. They decorate the buildings for the seasons with charm. Their properties are by far the best in the Fairmount neighborhood for a wide range of prices. All of the places that were top of our list when looking originally were all Loonstyn properties. Lastly, they build a sense of community. Highly recommend with 5 stars!
I have lived at a Loonstyn property for about 2 years now. Maintenance requests are always taken care of efficiently and quickly, there is always someone to get a hold of 24/7, and the property is maintained extremely well. I love my apartment and have had zero issues with the landlords, communication or with the building. I hope to continue renting with them and would 10/10 recommend!

From the moment I signed on, the team has been responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing any issues or concerns that arise. The resident portal is very useful entering any issues we encounter and actions taken on resolving those. Also is a great way on setting your automatic rent payment.
