Without hesitation, he personally delivered my items a full day earlier than originally scheduled—and did so after hours, on his own time. While I was disappointed by the lapse in service from AKA, Rob truly saved the day by ensuring I had my suit in time for a critical final presentation. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without his help. An absolute lifesaver!
