We are in Florida for the winter, we had one set of car keys here and another set in PA where we have a home. My wife lost/misplaced our one set, we were now unable to use our vehicle! The dealer needed the car at the shop (TOW BILL) and then they could make a key for us. One dealer insisted we buy TWO keys ($$$$). We called 911 Keys, LLC and spoke with Dillon. He assured us we only needed one key and the key in PA would still work, we do NOT need two sets made!! Dillon arrived very quickly after the call, he would have been faster, but he was finishing up another job!! I needed to make a new key for my woek truck tool box i called a few locksmiths around my area but no one was able to make the keys for me. This guys is a beast he make the key super fast and also i have to point out a great customer service. 💯 % recommend it

Ned is top notch and really good at his trade, very clean showroom:sitting area. No Price gouging, I was in a rush and he knocked my car out in the middle of making a new key from scratch. Would def use again for any key/lock issues n support small Business owner. Saved me 100 bucks also
