Location 215 is a versatile event space located in the heart of the city. The owner/manager can be quite demanding, requiring detailed documentation and tight control over every aspect of the event. However, the space itself is a blank canvas, perfect for unleashing artistic expression.
The venue has been recently renovated, boasting an elegant, modern aesthetic with a touch of playfulness. Two large spaces are available, allowing for flexibility in event planning. The venue's preferred vendor list includes top-notch catering, lighting, design, and cocktail services, making it a one-stop-shop for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
The best feature of Location 215 is the ample parking, a valuable asset for a city center venue. Overall, while the owner's management style may be challenging, the space's potential and amenities make it an attractive option for those seeking a unique and well-equipped event location.

We didn't need extravagant decorations because the space was already beautiful. Great price point and located close to center city. Highly recommend!
Great size for a part of 100+
Thanks Plec for helping book it
