After all my husband & I have been through, dealing with his heart diease & health issues at such a young age, this agency was the most understanding, polite & showed so much love twords our situation. The follow-through was AMAZING. Wanda was EXTREMELY LOVING, HELPFUL & made me as the wife of an ill husband (who had to keep it together) feel like there was a light at the end of this terrible tunnel we had to go through before this agency stepped in. She even answered my texts after hours & weekends.

Lingdao is one of the best companies ever! The staffs are truly professional! They are willing to help the clients with questions and concerns no matter how busy they are. Not only that, they even have bilingual staff members that are willing to help those who cannot speak English either. And I would highly recommend to anyone that needs home health care services from them, because they do care about their clients.
Lingdao is a great company to work with in the coordination and care of our mother. They provide a service coordinator that helps you and your family acquire services and they also help with onboarding. Our coordinator, Ms. Colon, is available to offer support whenever our family needs her. I feel blessed to work with this company in partnership in caring for our mother.
