They are warm, caring, and understanding, helping to allay any discomfort in this process. The staff is responsive, informative, and handles the entire process on a timely basis. The business area is neat and clean with many photographs and samples for customers to peruse. They are familiar with the cemeteries in the area and offer comfort and understanding in a time of need.
THE BEST!!!!! They demonstrated professionalism and compassion at a time of total confusion. My 101-year-old mother-in-law was defrauded by a gravestone company in Northern Delaware. The police involvement nor the media coverage could help with the feeling of being taken advantaged of or the increase loss. Mr. Lee came highly recommended, and we reached out. The Lee Monument Company picked up the hurt and broken pieces, and they made things whole. This company helped my mother-in-law find closure for her disabled son who quickly succumbed to pancreatic cancer. I pray continued success and blessings for this company. I highly recommend this company!!!!!
