I bought an engagement ring from Madeline Hughes and the whole process was better than I could’ve hoped for. From the first conversation to the final product, everything was smooth and transparent. She was super easy to work with—really collaborative, listened to what I was going for, and offered great advice without ever being pushy. It felt like she genuinely cared about getting it right, not just making a sale.

The ring turned out perfect. Beautiful craftsmanship, great attention to detail, and it absolutely nailed what I had in mind. My partner was blown away.

Kate from the LP team did a fantastic job on my engagement ring from beginning to end! She first helped my friends and I look through a bunch of different diamonds and explained everything I needed know about designing the best ring aesthetically, sustainability as well as the longevity of the ring. I then went back a second time with my boyfriend, now Fiancé, she was just as nice and helpful the second time. Even when the design process was over and it was just her and my fiancé communicating back and forth, to keep it as much of a surprise as possible, she still was incredible! I loved my experience at L Priori! Abby was so helpful throughout the entire process of designing my fiancé’s engagement ring and it came out perfectly. She gave me the perfect amount of information and was so helpful with suggestions to make it even better. My fiancé absolutely loves it and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be shopping with Abby again in the future!
