My go-to place for all our rental needs for our events! These guys are amiable and always go above and beyond. Jim and the rest of the team are accommodating and professional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend them.

The worst, customer service there is. These people think that because they been here for years that they talk to customers and type of way and it won't affect their business. This is Philadelphia and anything can happen in Philadelphia nobody cares anymore so it's not wise to treat customers less than when we are the ones helping your company. Your not the only rental place there is. Your low views are what people should read and look into we all can't be lying on them and we don't even know each other.

This is my go to spot for all my event decor rentals. As an event planner/decorator it’s super easy to get in touch with them and I have never had an issue with any rental items. The customer service is great.
