Easy to Book my appointment online. Staff on time-star point. The process was efficient, neat and I luv the finish results --5star. They just gain a new customer. Location convenient, place clean and bright and customer service A-1. I really appreciated that they knew my name, and even ask the right pronunciation when greeting me.
The owner first of all called me to confirm my appointment which I thought was very professional. The establishment was nice and clean. Customer service was on point; both the owner and my hair braider Amada were very pleasant, she did an excellent job and it didn’t take very long. I would definitely book again
My new braid shop, I called to make an appointment and this is my first time coming to this shop, when I arrived she greeted me by name with a smile and that hit different for me because my other braid shop I’ve been going to for years couldn’t remember my name, she was so friendly so nice very professional and the best thing of all is my hair was done nice and neat no complaints at all. I’m so loyal when it comes to decent people so she just gained a new client ☺️
