I appreciate my provider and the overall efficiency of the visit, including being seen on time and the cleanliness of the office. I also want to specifically acknowledge the medical assistant and the phlebotomist—they were both warm, professional, and made the experience feel more comfortable.

That said, the visit itself felt rushed. I had scheduled what I believed to be my annual appointment and noted in the self-scheduling comments that I wanted to discuss perimenopause. Dr. Bricker is amazing! She is kind, empathetic, and fun which makes visits low stress and enjoyable (which is the opposite of most other medical providers). She never makes a visit feel rushed even though she has to be very busy. Very lucky to have her in the neighborhood and as my PCP.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The front desk staff make check-in and check-out easy and will even help you schedule follow-up appointments. There are chairs of all sizes and an accessible bathroom available in the spacious waiting room.
