I am not someone who normally does that whole “self care” thing, but for Wren, I make the exception. Wren always asks what part of my body I’d like to focus on/what is giving me trouble and we address it during our sessions. She’s attentive and warm and funny and immediately makes you feel comfortable. I leave her sessions actually feeling the stress exit my body, which is the most amazing sensation and relief. Also, she’s a total Pun Queen, which is an added bonus. I can’t recommend her enough.
