I struggled with severe back pain for more than a year. Dr. Zena and her team identified the root cause of my pain during the first visit and gave me very effective physical therapy sessions. I am much better now and I greatly appreciate all of their help.

I was involved in a car accident in several years ago where I suffered some whiplash and some of the other common problems experienced immediately following a car accident. I was treated by the orthopedic doctors ( as well as my primary care physician ) for four months here. Their physical therapists are top notch and are very pleasant to work with. They brought me back fully to where I was before that accident and I am grateful to them for that.

I had a shoulder injury (A-C Separation) that affected doing everything with my left shoulder. The therapists at Integrated Medical Care Dave, Vera, Sam and especially Thomas were great at analyzing where the problems were (range of motion, strength, etc.) and were great at prescribing and an exercise regiment and tweaking it week by week. I improved a lot in just about 6 weeks!
