Let me start by shouting out Jerrene and Dr. Kim for being compassionate, humane, professional, and efficient. That is such a difficult balance to strike, but as someone who's spent a lot of time in medical facilities, my appointment felt like I was just among peers who were helping me out—highly intelligent and experienced peers, of course. Hadn't seen the dentist in years. I need a lot of work done, and was dreading the obligatory roasting of my dental hygiene, but instead got a solid plan and price range for moving forward! (they were great about seeing what insurance might cover) . The staff were wonderful... very friendly and at times funny!One aside, I mentioned I was still waiting to hear back from another place on when I can remove my wisdom teeth. Dr. Gelbart checked my x-rays, and looked at his watch and was like "want to get them removed now? This is super routine!" I've had very traumatizing experiences with dentists in the past but these guys are absolutely amazing. I've never been met with so much kindness and genuine compassion as I have here. Everyone from the front desk, all of the techs and the providers are just wonderful. Their work is amazing and thorough. I have full confidence that the current work I've had done and all future care will last.
