I just moved back to the area and needed a cut at short notice. I got really lucky that Jess was able to fit me in at the Conshy location. I’ve been told I have really difficult hair to cut, but Jess killed it. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Maybe most importantly, she was just a great vibe and made a new customer feel comfortable and welcome. I’ll be back and I’ll ask for Jess.
Popped in to the Media location for the first time today...was not disappointed!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Chelsea was my stylist and she did a fantastic job with my haircut! She is very knowledgable and clearly loves what she does. We had a great conversation during the cut which made the experience that much better. There is no question that I'll be back to I'm Sergio - Media and look forward to hanging with Chelsea again! Thanks!
