Home Instead helped my family out tremendously. We needed care immediately for my mother and they were able to jump into action and get us the care we needed. They also helped in scheduling transportation to/from a doctor's appointment and the aide accompanied my mother. They were very easy to work with, and I genuinely felt like they cared about my mother and her wellbeing. I would highly recommend them.
I have worked for Home Instead Philadelphia for four years. I have had the opportunity to be out in the field with our referral sources and caregivers. I have never met such a dedicated and caring group of individuals. The office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our client and caregivers needs. Our client care coordinators are clinicians and are a wonderful resource for our clients and their families. I feel very fortunate to work with such an amazing team.
I have been using Home Instead for about a year. My caregiver Teresa has a wonderful memory and anticipates all of my needs. She assists with my showers and helps me run errands. I am not sure what I would do without her help. She truly is superwoman.
