The messages we received were very professional; however, the reception attempted to charge us extra money, despite the fact that we had booked online and the terms and conditions were clear. Eventually, they acknowledged this issue but then added a fixed higher tip amount to cover for the discount we received.
Christine, Lily and Mai are amazing! They're very professional and they aim to please. I have a standing appointment every three weeks for the last two years off of a referral from a good friend. Very clean and patient. The salon stays busy so get an appointment as soon as you can
I had an incredible massage experience at this spa. The therapist was very knowledgeable and skilled, and took the time to understand my needs and preferences before starting the session. Throughout the massage, she was very attentive and communicative, making sure that the pressure and technique were just right.
