My rating of this company use to be 5 stars before change of ownership. Definately not the same company. I just had the receptionist tell me not so nicely to call back tomorrow to speak with Andrew and hung up. She seemed irritated when she answered the phone. Customer service is huge to me. I do not expect to be treated like that by a company I am patronizing. I also referred to many of my neighbors who hired them.
An update: my issue was finally resolved by Mike. He is definately an asset to the company. Moving forward I hope the company will adopt the same customer service as the previous owner.

When I want work done, I am thorough, determined and patient. After 21/2 Years of phone discussions, cons and hustlers, I was referred to Gutter Gurus by Angi. Skeptical I was. They exceeded expectations, New Gutters, Downspouts and Replaced some rotted wood on soffets. Mike and the Crew were polite, timely and and Dedicated! I am Happy.Service: Gutter installation

I had my skylights replaced and am extremely happy with the workmanship and end result. Mike and his crew were on-time, professional and respectful. They also did not leave a mess behind. They were a pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and professional contractors.
