Jona cut my hair yesterday and she was wonderful. She listened carefully as I explained what I wanted and made sure to communicate with me throughout the cut to make sure we got the right lengths in all the layers. She really understood how to work with my curls even though she has straight hair herself. Plus she's super friendly and kind! I'm really happy with how it came out and will likely come back for this same cut again!
Ground Zero Salons began in 1987 in Powelton Village, a quaint yet edgy neighborhood in West Philadelphia. Located between Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania, the beginnings of the salon mostly catered to the students and the neighbors in the community.
Being an integral part of each neighborhood is something that Ground Zero Salons and Founder, Wendy Weinstein, are most proud of. Neighborhoods like Manayunk, Conshohocken, Chestnut Hill, Center City, South Philly and Mt. Airy, allowed people from so many different areas get great cuts as well as feel very comfortable in our salons.
What an absolutely amazing experience this salons atmosphere along with its staff has given me. Tobi is so talented and was very patient with me. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Tobi and her execution. I won't go anywhere else
