Groom & Board is highly regarded for its dog daycare and nail trimming services. The staff is known for their kindness and compassion, especially when handling anxious dogs. Dogs that attend daycare return home happy and tired after a day of play. The team at Groom & Board makes scheduling convenient and keeps customers updated throughout the day with updates. Kelly, the groomer, is incredibly kind and patient with anxious dogs. The team truly cares and loves fur babies, making them a trusted choice for many. Both reviewers and customers highly recommend Groom & Board.
I was visiting the area for a couple months and the team at Groom and Board has been wonderful. I have a very, very small dog and had no concerns about his safety in their care. They were beyond accommodating. I look forward to coming back and visiting them again soon. I highly recommend!
Been going to Groom & Board for almost two years after our grooming place closed in SJ. Our giant Pyrenees needs a lot of work and is kinda a big baby/sensitive but the best read out -- he's excited to go to the groomer which is a huge compliment.
They've also been helping us get the right tools and techniques to brush our pup out daily so he doesn't get mattes etc and truly care about the overall health of folks' pups. I'm can't speak more highly of the folks here.
Great spot with really nice people! We’ve booked our dog-son for daycare and boarding, both of which he’s really enjoyed. The team has answered any question we’ve had and have shared updates when we check in (which we do because we’re anxious people). Will keep planning stays with the team and hopefully our dog-son learns to chill out more and more, maybe even make some friends! (he’s also anxious).
