They do not take walk-ins because they are extremely understaffed. I tried to go and the doctor could not see me because they were too booked so I had to schedule appointments. Most people that work here are nice but some are really careless and not very compassionate. Also, now they don't do walk-in physicals. Don't go expecting to actually be seen unless u have an appointment...

Could be better, much better. Terrible experience with a tooth extraction on December 1st. You'd be better off seeing an oral surgeon if you need a tooth removed rather than going to GPHA

Was seeing the psych here, Dr.K, a few months before covid hit. Loved her, she was very compassionate & supportive. An assistant used to call after your appt to set up the next, she was also amazing and handled any issues with the pharmacy, etc. but that stopped about 1yr ago when Dr. K retired. Now I see NP Bebe who is also great. The ONLY real issue is SCHEDULING. Over the last 3yrs there's prbly been at least 5-6 sched. mistakes-I've made an appt & get told there's no appt scheduled when i show up or when no one calls.
