The staff are friendly and professional, providing personalized attention to their clients. While some customers have experienced issues with the longevity of their nail treatments, the overall atmosphere and service quality have been praised by those who have visited the salon.
Glossy Nails on South St.. is a comfortable clean and welcoming salon. The technician Joni was respectful and extremely attentive to my nail anxieties. Although Glossy was a bit more expensive for a Gel Mani-Pedi I can attest to not suffering from soreness or hangnails as usual. So concerning those aspects it was well worth the price!
Cleanliness: Glossy nails is noticeably clean with a beautiful well lit restroom and clean foot basins.
Stylist: I highly recommend Joni, she was a friendly technician that made me feel comfortable and eased my anxieties about pain and suffering from hangnails in which i often receive after nail treatments.
Came here for a gel manicure after pretty much destroying my nails moving into a new home.The space was bright, clean, and the staff friendly! Prices were fair. I’ll definitely be going back when I need my nails redone :)
Booked an hour before. Arrived a few minutes early. This would be the 3rd post with the employees name here, and she did not want to work, so another person did. Didn't even give me the remote to the pedicure chair. Then took off the polish and said I should have my nails looked at. i have runner's nail on my large toe, originally noted by a podiatrist. (I didn't tell her my medical occupation either). Then she looked at the nail and called someone else (the one who was to originally do it) as she didn't know what to do, she was told to cut the nails. Did it. Didn't tell me where to sit to dry the nails. Place is clean, but smelled awfully chemically. They do not wear uniforms as noted.
