Unprofessional...I needed to cancel a standing appointment after returning from vacation sick. When I went to show up to the next appointment, she did not buzz me into the building. I called, I left voicemails. No response...to this day I don't know what happened. I even looked up to see if she passed away unexpectedly. Very strange...I would not recommend this business if you are seeking professionalism and proper communication.

Experienced and thorough, Ms Pascal shares her knowledge so that you know exactly what's happening, what to expect and leave armed with follow-up instructions.* With an education in an interesting array of fields (i reckon the result of her lively curiosity) she's fun to be around (add: sense of humor - useful in this line of work). Very clean. Friendly. A Cozy environment, like a pixie's den. Well priced. Considerate, caring and most importantly, conscientious. The ? would be a better place if more people practiced Ms. Pascal's approach. I am a very grateful client.*if only I could find a Dr w/ her qualities

Gerry Pascal is the definition of professional. Her small salon is immaculately clean and she uses top of the line equipment. Gerry takes time to educate you about Electrolosis before your first appointment. I am a monthly client and I highly recommend this salon.
