Do NOT bring your loved ones here. My grandmother was here for rehab after she had a bad fall. When changing her diaper, because she was unable to walk to the bathroom, they did NOT even wipe her down with baby wipes. They just put a new diaper on her still dirty. They treat their patients so poorly. Hopefully this review helps them change their treatment plans and prevents others from facing what my grandmom faced.

My mother was placed here after getting bed sores at a previous facility. I was physically attacked by a patient because she didn't hear me knocking on the door to the shared bathroom. My mom only had her wounds changed twice. The social worker is as good as having nothing there. There was one nurse, no doctors on staff. If you care about your loved one, please research a better facility. OH... And they stole my mom's snacks.
