Pricey. Limited selection. Slow service. Low class clientele. But nice store and neighborhood. Great parking. I usually buy expensive items online from other retailers to get lower prices. I come here when I need cheaper items immediately and do not mind paying a higher price as a tradeoff.
I made an appointment here to have my phone fixed , he said he didn’t have the parts , and he would have to order the parts , but I would have to leave my phone there !! There’s no way I can go without my phone !! I have apple care but the problem was minor so they sent me to Best Buy !!! It was a waste of time ! Now I have to go to Apple Store ! I understand leaving the phone so no more damaged is caused but people need there phones , and you fill out a form description the issue so they should have known they couldn’t fix it ! I was upset and now have to wait for an apple appointment!!
This Best Buy has been in this plaza for years. It draws in a lot of traffic because of the location and many items are out of stock often. I come here often with this past time needing help with an online return to store. Needed help with carrying a large return and an associate was nice to help although he ignored when I told him it was a really large box. (brought out a shopping cart) He realized I was telling the truth when he saw the box. My return process was okay, took longer than I thought about 15-20 minutes of standing and waiting and watching. The associates weren't really that careful with the items as I was ($6500 worth desktop and monitor), but I got my refund so I'm satisfied.
