I've been trying to get my son's personal possessions since April!! They're withholding his ID, social security card, birth certificate and phone!!! I never get to leave a message, I get the runaround, nobody answers the phone, I filled a complaint, the staff are very rude and nobody has mailed his belongings like they said they were going to do!! I live 5 hours away and can't make the trip down there!! Do your jobs. Everything he told me about your center is exactly what others have posted in their reviews!!! How is the state of Pennsylvania sending people there???

The people that work here need to realize this is Philadelphia. We’re bad things happen to people. They are very unprofessional. This place. Need to be shut down. You have kids working at a place with a bunch of grown people. This is unacceptable in order to earn respect, you have to give respect. if all the families and inmates come together, we can shut this place down.

This place is a absolute disappointment to a treatment facility. If you want real treatment and want to support people in change this is not the place to go or work. The leadership are unprofessional and dismissive. The staff don't want to work, and if you try to hold anyone accountable the mobb mentality sets in and they will have secret meeting about you, collect letters, without ever addressing concerns with you. The level of unqualified people, and lack of skill to proform job duties are at a all time low at this place. Runnnnnnn! Do not work here or have your love ones transferred they will come out worst.
