Trig Garibian skillfully cleaned up a mess that another lawyer had left (on paper and in my head). He crafted a replacement Operating Agreement for my LLC tailored to my exact needs, in the process explaining many things that had been left unclear to me. With his Princeton-educated brains, his broad experience in defending clients, and his supportive common-sense explanations, he proved to be the ideal lawyer for my needs.
Trig is licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and a couple of other states. So he's definitely the top choice to handle various corporate, legal matters. We have a contract dispute and both entities are incorporated in Delaware - but we're required to arbitrate in New York.
