I recently found out about Face Factor! The people here go ABOVE AND BEYOND with their customer service and they are GREAT at what they do! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such a personable staff and I can tell that they are professionals in their field!

I had an excellent experience. I went here to have my makeup done for my boyfriends birthday dinner. For starters, the door is locked and you can only be let it in by staff. That made me so much more comfortable and safe. Service was quick and fast. I love how you don’t need an appointment. When I tell you my face was beat to the Gods. I received so many compliments and my man would not stop staring at me. My makeup was still on when I woke up. Lol… Thank you for all you do. I will definitely return.
