This review is only in regards to one of their realtors, Michael Meehan, as he is the only person associated with I Love Philly Homes that we worked with. Michael helped my husband and I find the perfect home here in Philadelphia. This was by far the smoothest home buying experience we have ever dealt with and it was all thanks to Michael. We were not first time home buyers, but we were first time homebuyers in the state of PA so there's always differences when it comes to buying houses in different states and Michael made everything crystal clear. He was responsive day and night 7 days a week with any questions we had and never made us feel silly no matter how silly the question was. He listened to all of our wants and needs and never pressured us to see any homes that were outside our budget or even homes at the very top of our budget. Michael is definitely not in this business to gouge potential home buyers out of the most money he can make off of them. He is in this business to find people their perfect homes which makes the best kind of realtor out there. It's worth mentioning that we were searching for a home during the COVID-19 pandemic and Michael made sure to follow all recommended protocols and safety precautions which was greatly appreciated. If we ever need a realtor (which we probably won't for a while because of how much we love our home) Michael is definitely our guy and I hope you'll consider him too for your own home buying journey.
