I went to this salon in a Sunday as a walk in to get my hair blown out n straightened it was cool first time .the 2nd time it was blown dry in style I noticed my hair didn't revert back .I got braids my hair was straight I had them in 3 weeks.they put straightener in shampoo I dint blow dry I towel dry my hair.still straight if you go to any Dominican bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I have to keep washing my hair to try and get my natural hair back

The people were nice… don’t like the products that were used on my hair. Also wayyy too much unnecessary heat was used which fried my hair and left it feeling dry and crunchy… won’t be returning!

I have had actually a good experience at first. From the time that I reached out via phone, I were answered and greeted in a timely fashion. Some of their English is not that good but my beautician did a very good job at accommodating me. I'm in love with my red hair and at a very good charge. It wasn't as bad as I would have imagined after reading some reviews. I did ask to not have so much hair cut off and another woman came and chopped it off anyways, and that's where the experience turned oh my god, I wish I had never stopped here. They are friendlier than in the other reviews. My experience overall, was you get what you pay for kind of thing.
