Made an appointment with Basil, texted me the morning of to tell me to change my appointment to another day because he didn't feel like waiting.

Don't offer appointments for that time if you dont feel like doing the appoitnment then. Simply unprofessional.

They call it DETAILS for a reason. Made a Saturday morning appointment for a taper cut and shape up and Cliff did an excellent job. He checked with me on the initial length before finalizing things, and followed my natural lines. Friendly, professional, on time, and excellent service.

I have been taking my son here for months. No one has ever cut his hair better than Clif. Everyone complaining about wait times, make an appointment! I do everytime and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my son to get in the chair. Quality haircut and the price reflects that. If you want a 15 dollar cut go to Supercuts ;)
